- MDM DuncanMay 14, 20265.0Our little gizmo has sadly passed and has been with the practice since born. I want to thank all of the staff for being so amazing and supportive. I cannot recommend them enough especially Paula who is an amazing vet and truly cares. Gizmo loved her in his final months, she’s gentle and friendly and made him feel at ease. Thank you for his paw prints, fur clippings and card it’s such a lovely touch. Love Maria Matt & Gizmo

When it came time for him to cross rainbow bridge, all staff involved were respectful, kind and supportive. They gave him dignity at the end and I cannot ever thank them enough for that kindness.

- JRJean RichardsonJan 6, 20235.0My 11 year old dog had an operation to remove a large fatty lump at first vets Heaton and this was followed by 3 follow up visits. On every occasion we were both treated with great friendliness, concern and prompt, efficient service. We were seen on time and the 2 nurses were lovely with my nervous dog, instantly putting her at ease. The vet, Andy, was really good and phoned me after the op to explain all was well. He even popped in to see her on one of my return visits. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. All in all a 5 star review is well deserved.
